Period concerns

So for the past 3 months or so, I’ll have a regular period, and about a week and a half or two weeks after my period, I start bleeding again like I’m on my period again. It starts out with a little bit of spotting, and brown, and then a day or so later it’s red like my period blood is and I bleed more. I don’t bleed as much as I do on my actual period, but it’s still a good bit. I don’t have insurance at the moment, so I can’t go to the gynecologist right now, but I’m just concerned because my body just started doing this about 3-4 months ago. I just need some ideas on what it could possibly be.
