Handling stress tips?

I’ve got a LOT happening in the upcoming week. Retests in 3 classes and tests in 2. And my drivers test. I’ve got a schedule day by day but I’ve got so much anxiety right now. I took some meds that were prescribed a year ago and it helped a little but afterwards I felt super tired and depressed so not the best option. I’ve been complaining about my drivers test a lot and my friends are fed up with it but I’m honestly so sure I’m gonna fail. I wanted to practice parking but we have a cm of ice and more than a foot of snow (lovin’ mn). Every time I stop to take a break I get so anxious I feel like I’m gonna puke pls help
