Two periods 4 days apart?

I started my period on the 2nd of this month and it ended on the 6th and I was spotting for days In between but I wasn’t worried because I just got back on birth control but now today(the 10th) I got home and it seems as though I’ve started my period again? And now laying in bed I’m experiencing slight cramping which never happens during my period. I’m kinda worried so if anyone has any answers/advice I’d greatly appreciate it
