Hello everyone. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS about a month ago, but I’m sure that at 17 when I was put on BCP (Birth Control Pills) to regulate my that it was my diagnosis, but my doctor was unsure. At 24 years old now it’s comforting knowing now what I have and how to possibly manage. I’m aware that everyone and every body is different and will be changing my lifestyle in hopes to get pregnant naturally. I’m just wondering if anyone who has been on BCP for more than 5 years get off of them and get pregnant with PCOS? If so when was it after stopping? I know I’m being hopeful and I’m not expecting to be one of them, but I would like to know. Any other coping tips would be nice as well as I suffer from anxiety and I just want to know how to cope mentally and emotionally. Being my mom has forever been my dream so it has been heartbreaking for me. So any help works. Thanks! ❤️
