Miscarriage or blood clot?

I took a test a few days ago & it finally showed up as positive., although both the T&C line were very faint.. hours later I took another with was negative followed by mild cramps.. today I was due to start my period.. this is what came out of me, I get clotting every month but this time it looks different to what I usually get.. it’s s lot more thicker to touch & extremely sticky
