What is happening? 😔 TMI

I took multiple tests this week which showed vvfp, so I thought this was my chance since I’m also 5 days late, but this morning I woke up with this, it’s only there when I wipe, it’s not enough to fill a tampon or even leak onto a pad or the lining of my panties. I am also not having any cramping or other period like symptoms so I was wondering...is this a miscarriage, implantation bleeding or my period?

I also have a disorder where I bleed a lot heavier than most women so this is very light for me

I had a miscarriage in August and again in November
