Urgent help

Hi ladies I gave birth 14 weeks ago. Then I had an implant put on my arm straight away but I took it off around 6 weeks after birth I had a long heavy period then in January I got my period twice by the end of January I was put on the contraceptive pill but two weeks later I started having a light bleed for 3 days by the fourth day it became a normal flow well it been a week and a half now I’m still bleeding my period normally last 5 days only so I don’t know what’s happening. Anybody else been through this I’m sick of it
