Milk Blister... please help
HELP‼️‼️
I have a big milk blister on my nipple and a few little ones, I exclusively pump..... how do I get rid of it❓❓❓
It hasn’t caused any issues with pumping I’m still getting 3.5-4 ounces each session but I just got the blister yesterday. 🤦🏼♀️
