Righty or a Lefty?

When did you notice if your child was left or right handed? My daughter is 7 months and seems to have more control of her left hand than her right hand she grips well with her left and seems to be clumsy with her right hand.. im a first time mommy so I’m wondering when I will know what she’s going to be?

Before my daughter was 3 we realized that she was all about her left and still is being 4 (5 this year).

I think around 3 you’ll know. My oldest is 7 and is ambidextrous but so am I and my dad. My 2 year old uses both right now so I’m not sure yet about her.

My daughter is 20 months this Friday and she’s been favoring her right hand for drawing and such. A bit of a surprise for us as my husband and I are both left handed! I’m interested to see how my son turns out. He’s only 7 weeks so we’ve got awhile lol

My son didn't make his mind up till he was a little over 3. He is right handed, but strangely left footed. My daughter was clearly right handed from about 12 months old. She is right footed as well.
