Losing hope/patience

Currently 13 days late and I am NEVER late. I'm regular like clock work and always have been. However, I'm getting nothing but negatives. I see vvvvvvvvfl but my husband swears he doesn't see anything and I'm not sure if it's just me wanting to see something. My boobs started feeling pretty sore today but other than that no other symptoms really. I got dizzy and lightheaded and nauseated a few times but that's it. I'm getting so frustrated and don't know what to do. I haven't talked to any friends or family about it because I'm pretty private about this stuff but I just needed to vent this out! Can anyone help with some advice?! 😭😭
