How many weeks??

Hi ladies

Just wondered if anyone could give a bit of an insight for me ? So I did a test last week that says I’m 1-2 weeks , however, my last period was 24/12/18 which would make me a lot more weeks pregnant than I actually am? I know you add the first 2 weeks on as pregnancy whilst conceiving but I don’t know whether to take it as I’m 4 weeks or 6? I’m thinking of booking an early reassurance scan but I don’t want to turn up and im not as far as I think? Sorry for the long post I’m literally stressing trying to figure it out!!
