When can I test :(

It’s been a hellish week. I had sex 7 days ago. Two days after my nipples became sore. And then my boobs blew up in size. Got the dark nipple thing going now. I was just in the shower and got really sick and my vision started going so I had to jump out and sit. The only thing is that I’m spotting. It’s not heavy enough to be a period but questionable if it’s too heavy. It’s only when I wipe (not all the time), light in color, and I have no cramps along with it. When’s the soonest I can test? (I’ve been pregnant before and I feel a lot like before, nipples is the big sign for me. They never hurt and only ever did the once before)
