Bleeding after sex? Even tho it’s not my first time?

The other day my bf and I had sex and later that day I noticed there was a little blood in my underwear which I though was a little weird Bc it was like our 5th or 6th time but I didn’t think anything of it. That night I woke up and there was blood all over my shorts and the bleeding was so bad I had to put a super tampon in which was full then next morning. Now it’s 3 days later and the bleeding is a little better but still enough to fill a super tampon within a few hours. I know it’s not my period Bc I ended it about a week and a half ago. Is this normal? Or should I be concerned?
