Thyroid help please..

I am entering 7 months and my tsh levels today were 0,33...i told my husband I am not feeling well even if in normal range... I feel I am low and need to increase my meds... He fraught with me all the way home saying I was acting sick.... I am so scared to get sick because it always ends in huge fight.... I have not seen doctor to increase my meds... I am going to increase in my own so that I am in middle of normal range.... I feel so upset.
