Tooth ache 😭😭😭

I have horrendous pain in my top jaw towards the back- not at the very back, the second or third tooth from the back is the worst. It's like a dull ache through the whole right side of my top jaw, throbbing pain in a little further in, and then every now and then a shooting pain going upwards, starting from that 2nd/3rd tooth.

I also have earache on the same side and my face on the right side (from my jaw up to the ear) hurts to touch.

Wisdom tooth or something else? Emergency dentist appointment being booked in the morning!
