PCOS Advice
I can’t sit here and lie... I am struggling. I found out a over a year ago I have PCOS. However I’ve been struggling with my period and other symptoms for awhile. When I decided to go to the doctor my husband and I had been trying for kids for over a year. I just thought maybe I wasn’t timing things right or something. When she did the tests and told me about my PCOS diagnosis I tried keeping a positive outlook because she said a lot of women can figure out a system that works for them and eventually they can get pregnant.
I’ve tried many options. Lots of pills, exercise, healthier diet, and have had so many emotional breakdowns and I’m just a mess. I want to be a mother and start a family with my husband, but most importantly I want to know my body again. I’m up for any advice!
