Help! Birth plan confusion!
I want to make a Cesarean birth plan for my scheduled C Section with a section about my vaginal birth preferences if I go into labor naturally including;
If I'm dilated a certain amount not to do the c Section right away and see if labor progresses quickly.
If I'm dilated but waters arent breaking on their own proceed with c Section, do not break waters or induce/use pitocin
Basically I want to proceed with Cesarean unless vaginal labor is going quickly. My main reason for wanting a Cesarean is the planned aspect and getting a tubal.
If I go into active labor on my own those two reasons arent enough for me to want to stop it and I want that in my Cesarean birth plan.
Do I make one with a clause or do I make two? Any examples you ladies have or templates you used?
