And now he started dating an 18 year old. Yeah. The thought scares me to death. Apart from the usual jealousy of a new girl, he is gonna tear her apart in a year. It'll be the best year of her life and then it will be ripped from her. If I was called crazy and the ex before me was called crazy, the pattern will continue on...

What do I do??? I clearly cant do anything but how do I calm my mind?
