Can someone please explain to me what the fetal reaction is ? Mine is 9.6 is that good ?

Fetal Fraction? 
If so, that’s the amount of baby’s DNA they found in your blood when they did your blood draw. It’s fine. (: when women go too early, their fetal fraction is less than 1 and it only means there isn’t enough baby dna to run the test.
