Low lying placenta

I had my anatomy scan last week at 18+3, everything looked great with baby but they were concerned how close my placenta is to my cervix. I was told it would move in the next 4 weeks as my uterus grows but was put on weight and lift restriction until they know for sure.

Has anyone else experienced this? Will my placenta move up?

I know there’s nothing I can do about it and doc mentioned 99.5% of people have low placenta at this point and it moves, guess I’m just looking for reassurance...
