Shampoo/Conditioner Tips?

Ladies, I need help. I have natural brown hair. Here’s my issue, many brands of shampoo/conditioner make my hair too oily. Then when I switch to something else, my hair has an annoying amount of static (really A LOT). I wash it every 3 days and I don’t style it. But I cannot for the life of me find something that won’t make it oily or static all day everyday. I don’t condition the top or roots of my hair only ends. I just don’t know what to get that’s not expensive. My wedding day I tried something new and curled my hair, it was ALL STATIC. I don’t know why this 😭
