Weight loss journey - almost where I want to be!

I was very fit through high school but combination of torn meniscus in both knees, depo shot and depression through a bad relationship caused me to stop watching my weight. My (now) husband was able to see past my weight and I will always cherish that about him. I told my self that after the baby I will get my body back and now that I’m in a happy place I’m almost there!!! I went from 111 to 155 to 190(third trimester) to now 133. I weight train or strength strain 4 times a week, cardio 3 times a week. I work out max 1 hour. It all started with Keto diet and when I incorporated weight training I now eat healthy carbs again.
