Reduction in twin growth

So I had my last growth scan today at 36+2. Babies are measuring 5lb 9oz and 5lb 3oz. Twin 2 has dropped from the 18th centile to the 7th so is now classed as iugr. Twin 1’s growth has tailed off but not as much as twin 2 and is still within normal range. I have had a steroid injection and got another one tomorrow and another scan Friday to check on the placenta and fluid levels. Has anyone had any experience with this at this stage of pregnancy. My c section is a week today at 37+2 xx
