Got a bfp! On the 7th..

Got a positive on the 7th.. i didnt know i was pregnant.. went to my dr. Because i was bleeding for 20+ days. Hes like your pregnant and you have pcod.. well he took my blood and my hcg was 490 and my progesterone was 2.1 so he put me on progesterone pills. I got my blood taken 3 days later and it went up to 841. But im still bleeding. And its not just spotting. But its not a full blown flow either. Pain is on my right side as well as twinges of pain in my lower back right side. I go back tomorrow for more blood work. Dr thinks i might have an entropic pregnancy.. this is my first pregnancy ever and im terrified.. i went for an ultrasound yesterday and im pretty sure its too early for them to see anything anywhere.. regardless of where it is. Anyone have a similar story with a positive outcome?? Im trying to stay off google but Im terrified. Any kind words or anything would be helpful.. im so scared.
