SUA... anyone with experience??

I had my anatomy scan last Monday but was told baby girl was very active so I had to go back yesterday for another scan. My MW just called, baby girls umbilical cord only has 1 vein and 1 artery... now I’ll have to go for a Level2 U/S within a week or so and possibly growth U/S periodically as the pregnancy progresses to make sure baby is growing as she should 🙁 My MW is not overly concerned and told me not to be but how can I not be?! I did have genetic testing done and everything was low risk and normal so my MW believes it’s just a random occurrence (nothing genetic). I’ll be 20w on Friday and this is my 2nd pregnancy, any mommas have prior experience with SUA and can share their outcomes/labor?!
