New to tampons. Do you poop with them in? Or do you take them out

There is no need to change it until it’s time rather it to pee or poop. If you changed it just half an hour ago I wouldn’t change it just because you have to poop.

I definitely take them out, if I dont than it feels like the tampon has come abit out of place. I'd rather have a fresh one in after going #2.
