Am I pregnant?

Ok guys I had sex with my bo and we were trying to get pregnant on the 19th of January and I usually get my period from the 20th to the end of the month. I never got it and then on February 5th I had a dark brown discharge spotting and it stopped on the 7th. I have been nauseous, tired, moody, food aversion, peeing a lot more than usual, headaches and back aches, some cramping, more acne than usual, and tender breasts from time to time. But I’ve taken a blood test on the 5th negative and then I took a pee test this morning at 10 and it was also negative.
