1 Day Period?! IS THAT POSSIBLE??

Hi all just a quick question. I have PCOS So irregular periods. Ive had 2 regular periods that both lasted 5 days. One in November 23,2018 and the other one in December 23, 2019. January 12-14 I was having some spotting, I went to the doctor and said it might be ovulation bleeding and that there was no pregnancy. Now this month of February on the 8 I got cramps and my period. However it only lasted a day and a half. After the second day it was like nothing, only some spotting when I wiped. Has anyone experienced this? Should I be worried.. 😟
