Neighbors dog barking
My neighbors dog barks all day everyday inside their house, we share a wall. So that’s all I hear is the barking. It keeps my son up and drives me crazy. I’ve talked to her and she’s done nothing. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? We have anonymously called the non emergency line once and even that didn’t solve anything. I’m at a loss.
