give me CM guides please

My periods have been irregular for a while. I had a long period in january. started in the second. I assumed my period was due for Feb 2nd (according to glow) but I had an ovarian cyst removed on feb 1st. so I don’t know if the bleeding I experienced was my period or post op bleeding.

Glow says today starts my fertile window.

Last night SO and I had sex.

I had CM that was kind of white all day.

today it’s all watery like.

I don’t know what any CM means besides the “raw egg white” kind. What’s the ones that signal fertile time? is there any way to tell when I’m ovulating? I don’t have a bbt thermometer :(
