Please someone help... UPDATE

I am 12 + 6 today. Got up and felt running down my legs, it was fresh blood. I am freaking the f out. Can’t get into the office until 3 ... ughhh. It stopped after that one episode but it was only 5-10 min ago. I didn’t have sex recently or anything like that. I did find baby’s heartbeat on my doppler... what the heck is going on? I had an ultrasound 1 week ago and all was well. Help please ease my fears 😭😭😭UPDATE: all is ok. Still bleeding but dr reassured me cervix is long and closed and baby is happy bouncing. Hopefully this bleeding stops soon... i was fine til he checked.
