FTM question about contractions (tmi)

My stomach has been tightening for weeks now but this past week and half it’s been tightening more and I end up have bad cramps close to my vagina (sometimes it feels like I’m opening down there for him if that makes sense) and back hurts. TMI sorry. Has anyone had these closer to when they delivered? When should I go to maternity center. I tell my dr everything at our visits but they seem to not wanna check me or act like they are concerned.. I was just curious what you guys think 🤔

Also I’m 35 weeks Friday
