I JUST WANT TO TAKE A WARM BATH 😭

So Sunday I tried to take a bath but I forgot I started the washer and the bath water was cold and even after the washer stopped, the bath water still wouldnt get warm so I gave up and went to bed early. Tonight I decided to take a warm relaxing bath. All is going great, about 20 minutes later I notice the tub is slowly draining on it's own and so I turn the faucet back on AND THE WATER IS ICE COLD. I'm convinced our apartment has THE SMALLEST water heater ever and now I'm fighting

back tears once again because I just want a bath to relax my sore body 😭😭😭
