IUI or do IVF? Help please" /> 
My situation- my husband’s first sperm analysis revealed a sperm morphology of 2% and our last IUI he produced just 10 mil (his motility is fine). I have no diagnosed issues yet- tubes clear, ultrasounds good, etc. We have conceived twice, first one four years ago which resulted in a miscarriage and we have a 2 1/2 year old now. 
Been TTC for about 9 months now with no luck. Just had two IUIs, first one unmedicated which failed and this last one I took letrozole day 3-7 with no luck. On CD 3 a few days ago the doctor did my ultrasound and said I have a cyst now on my left side likely from the letrozole he will monitor, but i cant take meds this cycle because of it. 
He scheduled an IVF consult for the end of feb, but left it up to us if we want to do a third IUI this month unmedicated or just try on our own...
Would you keep doing IUIs for how many more times or just jump straight to IVF? Very nervous about the whole process.. I am 35 yrs old. Ordering fertilaid and vitamins for my husband and improving my vitamins as well.. not sure if we should wait a few cycles and take the vitamins in the meantime before our first ivf round or? Advice please thank you 💜

It all depends. Do you have any insurance coverage for either? 
An IUI for us is $500 vs IVF which is upwards of 10-15,000 dollars! Clomid and Letrozole are $5 compared to the thousands Injectibles cost. Because our insurance doesn’t cover anything past basic and diagnostic treatment. 
For me personally I did 5 cycles on clomid (and Letrozole combo) all monitored- I did 3 IUIs with no success (our problem is unexplained though). Luckily we were donated 1600iu if follistim that will get me through 2 more cycles of injectibles with timed intercourse before considering IVF. For me I’m hesitant because we have a toddler and because IVF is not only expensive it is A LOT. A lot on your body a lot of meds and an exhausting process. However if you want to be aggressive than IVF is it.
Did your doctor do blood work to find out if your cyst was estrogen producing? I had a cyst one cycle and was still able to take meds because it wasn’t estrogen producing. Also why is he having you do unmedicated IUIs? I personally in this situation would push for a few more cycles of medicated IUIs. 
On the other hand if money wasn’t an option and time wasn’t on my side I’d go right to IVF. Good luck!

Our first ivf go made 4 fertilized embryos but none of them were good quality to freeze and the one they transferred didn't stay :( our second of ivf we decided to try icsi and the embryos developed much better this time, we had two embryos to freeze and the one that transferred stuck! If you do ivf again icsi is definitely something to consider

My husband used fertile aid and went from 1 million sperm to 8 million!!!! We did 3 iuis but all failed are are in the middle of ivf now.

Honestly IVF was my only option but I am glad since I didn’t have to go thru IUIs or months of negative test. My first IVF worked and it took about three months to complete. If you decide to do iUIs and then IVF it could take another 6 months to get your positive and that’s even if your first IVF is successful I have friends that had to do a few cycles before a positive. Something to think about it :) hoping you get your BFP soon ❤️🙏🏻

I did one iui before ivf. My husbands original count was 10 mil, then first iui it was 5 mil and repeat iui (our clinic does back to back days) was 1 mil. 
Wasn’t worth it for us to even attempt another one. So glad we did bc we are almost 6 weeks pregnant.
