How to keep a secret?

I found out I was pregnant 3 days ago, with our rainbow, after 2 losses. Our family all lives away, apart from my parents, so we decided that we wouldn’t tell anyone (apart from my parents) until after the 12 week scan this time.

But I’m so excited I already want to tell everyone. But I also have a lot of things going on, and after the initial excitement I don’t think I can cope with the constant questions from everyone. Especially when i’m bound to become a bit more anxious the further through the first trimester I get. I’m also visiting them when I’m 14 weeks, so it’s amazing timing.

Any tips on how to keep the secret when you feel like you want to tell anyone who will listen?
