Need your help ladies please

So I took a test Tuesday 14DPO it was positive, I started bleeding later on but no cramps at all nothing felt like my period I’m super bloated. Yesterday Wednesday I took a digital test in the morning it was still Positive again that says Pregnant and I am still bleeding but not too heavy at all. This is my first pregnancy. I took a test this morning with digital and it says Pregnant and the test strips has lines on them. I’m so confused what is going on. Can someone help?
