Trying to get pregnant again

Here goes well 6 years ago I had an ectopic pregnancy and lost 1 of my tubes I still got the other tube and 2 ovaries but the other tube is really small anyway in 2017 I fall pregnant but it was hard getting pregnant cause my period is all over the place I sometimes I have them for 3 or 5 days then stop then start again the next day. Wat I’m trying to ask is wat did everyone take to try and get pregnant please
