How did your belly tattoos hold up??

I’m thinking of getting my bubs name along my ribs but I just realsied if I ever get pregnant again will it stretch a lot and ruin it? How did your tats near that area hold up?

I have a tattoo down my entire side of my ribs. I was all belly so my tattoo didn’t stretch at all.

I have a whole side piece it didn’t look any different then it did before being pregnant an I got pretty round 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have tattoos that go up both my hips. I have had 2 babies now and both tattoos are unphsased. These pictures were taken 2 weeks postpartum after I just had my baby on 1/27/19. I have some stretch marks

but none where my tatoos are and they look the same. I was not a small pregnant person...in the picture above I was pregnant with my first on the right and on the left was my second.

I have a small outline of a puzzle piece near my underwear line. It’s all stretched out and looks weird lol. I need to get it filled into look normal

I have my ribs done and this was my second pregnancy, back to back so I never lost the weight from the first. I was 125 before my first pregnancy and was 193 at the end of this one. My tattoo never changed. If it would be on your belly, that’s a different story, but the rib tattoos hold up well during pregnancy
