How many of you did VBAC ?

Back in 2015 I had My son it was an Emergency C section due to his heartbeat was dropped while I was on labor. However, My doctor asked me if I want to do a repeat c section or VBAC ( Vaginal Birth after Csection.) I said I will try to do a VBAC in case I am pregnant with a boy Cause We really want to have a girl. I don't believe to have 3 Csection. Do any of you have a successful VBAC? Pros and Cons.

I saw someone post about this the other day. A commenter was against it because she did a VBAC and her uterus ruptured and she lost her baby. That is why I’m choosing csection again this time.

L&D nurse...a lot of people have successful VBACs but it all depends on how they cut your uterus the first go around. That’ll determine if you’re a higher risk for uterine rupture or not when you VBAC. Good luck!

My doctor didn’t give me the option I can only do c section. Her reason was about ruptured uterus. My labor ended badly with my son getting himself turned and stuck so prefer that not to happen again anyways.
