Condoms to help with “wetness” issues...

So my boyfriend and I HAVE to use condoms during sex due to a medical issue. I’m fine with that. However, I have a dryness problem. We can spend a good half hour with foreplay, I will be super wet to start, but I seem to dry up a few minutes into sex. I’m still very into it, I’m not turned off, but for some reason it gets dry.

We’ve tried using lube, but I just find it irritates my lady business and is just too messy. Is there a certain brand of condom anyone recommends for lube issues? Or even a lube that is made for people who react badly to it? Thanks!
