LUMP ON LABIA!!??

So I realised I had a lump on the highest point of my labia at the fold, AWAY from my vaginal opening, it’s next to the clitoris. It sounds like it’s a Bartholin Cyst. It’s not really that sore, more UNCOMFORTABLE than anything. I realised this morning that it had a whitehead, so of course, I NEEDED to pop it (i know it’s bad but it’s eeeek). So I went for a hot shower, held a hot compress on it, and POP. It feels a little better now, however, it’s still annoying since it’s rubbing against my other labia. I shaved the day I realised it was there (only 2 days ago) and I had sex last night (bad idea, i know, but it was valentine’s day, what do you expect!?) ANYWAY, what I want to know is:

Have any of you had this/something like this?

What did you do to sort it?

How long did it take to clear up?

Do I need to seek medical attention or should I wait it out for a while?
