BBT chart help says biphasic in Ava not sure with readings and using progesterone
I took ovulation test on the 5th but it Glow said on the 7th and Ava said I ovulated on the 12th. Mild cramping, and sore boobs, headache, migraines and was nauseous yesterday any insight??
