Need some guidance...

Danielle

My son is 15 months. During his first year I worked full-time and I found it easier to nurse him to sleep. But now I'm struggling with the affects of it. At night he'll nurse and I can can put him down to fall asleep in his own. But nap times are a nightmare. If he isn't completely asleep before I put him down, he wakes up angry and won't go back to sleep.

I really don't want to try cry it out. Is there anyone else out there who had a similar experience who can give me some guidance?

I love the cuddles but I get angry and I really don't like to feel that way.

Update: Saturday DS wouldn't go down for his nap in the way he normally did, so by 2pm he and I were exhausted and I didn't know what else to do.

So I just put him in his bed, said it was time for night night and left. He screamed/cried for about 5 minutes and then feel asleep. Same thing today but just a little crying.

Maybe it's worth a try mommas. Good luck!! ❤️
