So it seems like I’ve always have had a bigger appetite. I’m not overweight, but within the last couple months I’ve been drinking 64 oz of water a day and working out a lot. I’m trying to live a healthier lifestyle. But my problem is that I feel like I’m always hungry. Like I’ll eat breakfast and like 30 min later my stomach is growling. Same with dinner time too. no matter what I eat this happens. What can I do to help stay full? Thanks!
