Delayed Thermal Shift vs Delayed O?
Delayed Thermal Shift / Fallback Rise / Stair-Step / Delayed O?

Ok so I’m pretty confused...I had a serious Pre O dip —followed by ++OPKs, typical symptoms (O pain, EWCM, etc) & subsequent initial temp spike. Then temps hovered steadily for 3 days just above my “potential coverline”.... THEN I had a secondary significant temp rise that’s been climbing for the past few days. Any ideas on when I may have actually ovulated??
Oh & my breasts became extremely tender after the 1st initial rise & my CM began to dry up before the 2nd surge...two of my typical presumptive post-O symptoms 🧐👩🏼🔬🕵🏼♀️🤰🏼🤔
Side notes** This is my 1st month bbt charting & started out w/ a sinus infection so I had higher temps around the time of my period (so please disregard those) 🤒🙅🏼♀️. Also a little background- currently trying for baby #2...our first pregnancy I only used OPKs & typical O symptoms... we conceived on our 1st try. I’m 35, & life’s a little more chaotic these days- so I’m trying to embrace the idea that it may not be as “effortless” this time & I need to try to just enjoy the journey. 💆🏼♀️
Thank you for your help! Xoxo
