I NEED ENERGY!!

How can i have more energy to work out?? I have 3 lil ones and i get so tired but i still want to keep working out but i just want to sleep 😞

Honestly I fake my energy with caffeine lol I’ll have a small cup of black coffee or a preworkout which gives me that boost without the jitters. The one I use is a plant based green tea extract c

*sorry my toddler hit send on the phone before I finished typing 😆. But honestly I love my preworkout so much sometimes I use it as a boost to clean my house or just have the energy to survive motherhood some days 🤷🏻‍♀️😊

Honestly the more I work out the better I feel. Maybe try being more consistent so you won’t be as tired. Plan out your day the night before so you have time to eat healthy and exercise
