Suggestions?
So I ovulated on cd 16 so I am now 11dpo. My cycles are always 33-36 and this afternoon I went to the bathroom and had a medium amount of blood tmi sorry but now I’m bearly spotting. Is this AF or IB? My temperature did go down today so maybe it’s AF. Anyone else have had this before?
