I Found Out I'm Pregnant This Morning

I found out that I'm pregnant this morning, I'm 20 years old and this was not planned. It's been a really rough day for me. It is slowly sinking in but I'm definitely feeling very disassociated with reality right now. My parents and boyfriend know but I'm still really scared and I don't feel like I'm capable enough to do this :( If anyone has anything positive to say at all, it would help me a lot.
