Post-ceremony ideas?

Hey everyone! So me & my fiance are looking to get married this year with a budget of $1000. I already have my dress, am doing my own hair and makeup, and am spending another $100 to get shoes and a veil. My partner already has his suit, & we have our rings (on sale so only spent $60!) Our ceremony will be at city hall with a few family members & costs $450 here. So that leaves us with $450 for our after ceremony celebrations. We were thinking of just decorating our place & inviting family over for a lunch but wanted to know if any of you had ideas!
