I'm 21 weeks and was diagnosed with both placenta previa and vasa previa at my anatomy scan last week. It's been rough and I'm terrified. I'm seeing a specialist this week but for now, all I know is that I'm on full pelvic rest and that I can't lift, exercise or do anything too strenuous. I was also told that I will have to stop working in a few weeks, that I might be hospitalized at 28w until delivery and that I will have to have a planned c-section around 36 weeks.I'm devastated, I was planning on an all natural birth with a midwife and a doula at a birthing center and that all went out the window in the blink of an eye. Plus, I have no idea how I'll be able to deal with the anxiety of knowing that anything can happen at any moment. So yeah, I'm right there with you girl ♥️
VESA PREVIA
I’m 32 weeks and was told I have vesa previa, where there’s a blood vessel laying across the uterus. Has anyone else had this? How to stop being scared and anxious constantly?
